Blatch’s BBQ Logo Design Contest Official Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to individuals 18 and older. By submitting an entry, participants confirm they meet eligibility requirements.
2. Submission Rules
• Artwork must be 100% original and created solely by you.
• No copyrighted, trademarked, or AI-generated material may be used unless you fully own the rights.
3. Ownership & Rights
By entering, you agree that:
• If your design is chosen as the winner, all rights, title, and ownership of the logo become the exclusive property of Blatch’s BBQ.
• Blatch’s BBQ gains full, unrestricted rights to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the design worldwide, in any format, forever.
• The winner forfeits any future claims or royalties.
• Non-winning entries remain yours, but by submitting, you grant Blatch’s BBQ a non-exclusive right to display your design for promotional purposes (for example, social media or contest showcases).
4. Prize & Compensation
The winner will receive a $350 Blatch’s BBQ Gift Card as full compensation for the winning design and transfer of all rights.
No additional payment, royalties, or credit will be due.
5. Participant Warranties
By entering, you confirm:
• Your submission is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• You have full authority to grant the rights described above.
6. Disqualification
Blatch’s BBQ may disqualify any entry that violates these terms or appears to infringe upon another’s intellectual property.
